On a voluntary basis (pro bono), Abdoul Ndoye, LL.M., is the Managing Director of the Organization for the Study of Treaty Law (OSTL) at Euclid University - Pôle Universitaire Euclide. This university is an intergovernmental, accredited university, based on the international multi-lateral treaties I-49006 and I-49007, registered and published in the United Nations Treaty Series.
Furthermore, Abdoul Ndoye is a member on a pro bono basis of the Treaty Law Committee of a multilateral open treaty that is cooperating with the United Nations according to the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals.
He is also the founder and administrator of both the professional group and page 'Treaty Law • Droit des traités'.
The page is intended to be selective and brings together international luminaries from academia, business, and government from the European Commission, the United Nations, and other international organisations.
In this context, Abdoul Ndoye received various notes of encouragement, acknowledgement, and appreciations.
Besides professional qualifications and leadership competencies, Abdoul Ndoye calls upon a long-standing wealth of professional experience over two decades of operations which contributes to various fields of activities such as International Law, Treaty Law, Diplomacy, Compliance, Management, Information management and processing, as well as data protection.
He is known as an 'Information Philanthropist'. Information is the raw material for all human activity. In today's so-called "era of treaties", only those with information literacy may claim effectiveness. Information, however, is multiform and diverse, timely, or outdated, depending on the case.
Currently, Abdoul Ndoye is preparing his doctoral thesis in International Law.
With a versatile education particularly in International Law, Treaty Law, and Compliance, Abdoul Ndoye is flexible and open to new challenges. As a German national of Senegalese origin, a change of residence is not a problem.
This page is used for networking purposes and treaty-related documentation only.
It is not dedicated to the provision of consulting services but is purely personal.
